moods logo Moods of Norway tell us what they thinkLast year Moods of Norway, a rising Norwegian Fashion brand, chose Peocon to provide customer counting and visitor related business metrics. The project began by Peocon installing Peocounters in three of their established stores. Counting data was integrated with business information from cash registers and the stores timekeeping applications. After data had been collected for a short time Peocon consultants began analysing the data with regular intervals and updated management with information and trends on what was happening in their stores.
This has enabled management to take active measures to maximise sales and utilize expenditure in wages to the fullest.
Now Peocon has installed PeoCounters in 6 different Moods of Norway stores in Norway and work is in progress to expand the installation to all locations.
When asked about Moods experiences of collaborating with Peocon Marion Poutrain-Royer, Merhcandising and Category Manager replied:

“Peocon is great. Their technology helped us to improve our business management and make smarter decisions.”

Peocon has been providing Moods of Norway with Conversion rate analysis, Staff/Visitor/Conversion analysis to figure out how to plan staffing and maximise sales. Work is now underway of automating reporting to store managers with goals set for each store and traffic forecasts based on historical data.
